We also offer technical support for dealers, biomed, clinical engineering, or any individual looking for a solution to resolve a problem but isn’t sure what part they’ll need. In some cases, we provide “hero kits” consisting of multiple parts that are suspected for one problem and won’t charge a restocking fee if all parts are not used. That’s right, order 3 parts, send 2 good not needed parts back, and you’ll only be charged for that 1 part.
