Primary Medical Imaging understands that in today’s busy medical center or clinic, there’s no room for downtime. When equipment is out of service, the results can be damaging that can result to a loss of revenue, a loss of productivity due to rescheduling appointments, low patient satisfaction, and a frustrated staff.

Since we only work on the GE/OEC brand, we have extensive knowledge and experience as well as all software and tools, to work on all models, including the 9900. All our service engineers are factory trained at the OEM level. We carry $2,000,000 in liability insurance.

We understand that you can’t afford to have a system that is down, so in the event of a major failure and your system needs service, we can provide a loaner system for your use while your system is serviced.

Service Contracts

We offer service contracts and can service and extend the life of your current model until it is the right time to invest in updated, refurbished equipment. We also offer low cost Preventive Maintenance contracts.

We can perform service on a time and material basis or under a service contract. Our hourly rate is $150 per hour, which is 50% lower than the OEM’s prices. Our service contract prices are usually 25% – 30% lower.

Huge Parts Inventory

We have a large inventory of parts to cover any model GE/OEC C-Arm, from the 9000 to the 9900. We come out with parts in-hand.

Each engineer has what’s called a crash kit, a special case consisting of all common boards and parts for each model. This assures that any service call is resolved promptly, cutting down the usual wait time for parts and eliminating 2nd or even 3rd visits.

Our Preventive Maintenance service is extensive and very detailed. This assures proper operation and maximum performance. After a P.M. we thoroughly disinfect both C-Arm and Monitor Cart.

Our alignment, calibration and dosage checks will make certain that your system meets all state health requirements and all licensed physicist’ checks to ensure patient safety.
